I ordered a Solar Filter for my Nexstar 8 SE, and received it within days. I would happily recommend Wex for scopes and associated accessories.

Made an order of a used lens through Wex after being let down by mpb. Arrived quickly and exactly as described.

Great shopping experience. As always. This time I had made a mistake on the delivery address (kept an old one) and despite the fact that I realised that after the order had be processed and expedited, the support team fixed it all (that is, sent another one and liaised with the delivery people to get the already sent one back) in a matter of minutes at no extra cost (although it would have been fair to make me pay as it was my mistake). Shall I mention that they were so quick that I got my order in time for my travels? Thank you again!

The lens arrived within 18 hours of placing the order (which included overnight) and was in perfect condition - just a pity that the previous owner had not retained the box etc, but that is not Wex's fault. I used the lens the following weekend and it worked as expected, no issues

They had what I wanted, in stock and at a good price. They despatched same day so all good. I'll be back.

Ordered a preowned Nikon AF-S 17-55 f/2.8 lens with next day delivery and it arrived in good time and superb condition. I've previously bought lenses, binoculars and a camera from Wex and I'm sure I will be back again.

I went on Wex website to check out second hand Nikon lenses and decided to speak to their customers services about a few queries. The guy who I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I said I could come and pick it up but he said it would be easier to send it by post which it was as I received it the next day. The lens was in pristine condition and was just what I was looking for. I have been a customer of Wex for quite a few years and have always had great service.
